Clean and wash the bombils. Cut into 2 - 3 pieces.
Marinate with chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Add rice flour and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped onion, slit green chillies and saute till it turns light brown in colour.
Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix well.
Add the bombil pieces.
Add 2 cups of water. Cover the pan and allow the fish to cook for 2 minutes.
:-Do not stir the curry else the fish will break.
When done,add vinegar. Stir very carefully.
Transfer the contents to abowl.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
