easy and tasty bombay duck curry

Ingredients
- Fresh Bombil - 5 nos
- Chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Onion - 1 no
- Green chillies(slit lengthwise) - 3 nos
- Rice flour - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -

Instructions
- Clean and wash the bombils. Cut into 2 - 3 pieces.
- Marinate with chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste. Add rice flour and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onion, slit green chillies and saute till it turns light brown in colour.
- Add turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix well.
- Add the bombil pieces.
- Add 2 cups of water. Cover the pan and allow the fish to cook for 2 minutes.
- :-Do not stir the curry else the fish will break.
- When done,add vinegar. Stir very carefully.
- Transfer the contents to abowl.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
