Methi Paratha

Healthy parathas with Fenugreek leaves (Methi)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Methi leaves chopped
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Green chillies minced
  • Salt As reqd
  • Water As reqd
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine together the wheat flour, salt, minced green chillies, turmeric powder minced garlic in a bowl.
  • Add enough water to make it a dough.
  • Divide the dough into small ballsand dip them in wheat flour.
  • Roll out each portion into thin rounds with the help of a little wheat flour.
  • Cook on both sides and spread little oil on both sides of the chapatis on a tava (griddle).
  • :- Serve with tomato chutney.
