Chicken Tandoori Without Oven

Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Boneless chicken
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1½ tsp
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 - Green chillies
  • Onion rings for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Slit the boneless chicken and marinate with ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat some oil in a tava.
  • Arrange the marinated chicken pieces and cook on a medium flame on both sides.
  • Hold on the high flame each piece with the help of a tong and cook till done.
  • Place theonion rings in a plate. Add salt, chopped green chillies, lime juice and mix well.
  • Arrange the tandoori chicken pieces on a platter.
  • Pour the onion mix over the pieces.
