Aloo Tikki Restaurant Style

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Potato boiled
  • 1 cup Green peas
  • 1 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 tsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • ½ cup Onion minced
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Fennel powder
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Peel the boiled potatoes and mash them very finely.
  • Boil the green peas and grind.
  • Combine all the ingredients, mashed potatoes, green peas mixture, salt, turmeric powder, minced onion. minced green chilli, chopped coriander leaves and fennel powder. Mix well.
  • Divide into 10 equal portions. Take each of this mixture and make a ball. Now gently flatten each ball into a patty of about ½ inch thick.
  • Heat 2 tsp oil in a non stick pan over a low heat.
  • Arrange the patties on tawa.
  • Fry on both side till crisp golden brown, adding oil if required on a very low heat.
  • :-Serve aloo tikki with chutney.
