Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Chicken
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • Salt as required
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 ½ Rice flour
  • 1 ½ Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Water
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients except oil and chicken in a bowl. Marinate the chicken in this paste and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry the chicken till deep brown in colour.
  • Serve it hot.
