Instructions
Cut the idiyappam into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard and let it spurt.
Add the onions, chillies and curry leaves.
Add the turmeric powder and sautT for a minute.
Add the egg.Scramble it.
Add the idiyappam and mix it well.
Serve hot.
Notes
Cumin powder can also be added for more taste
