Idiyappam Egg Upma (Step By Step Photos)

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Idiyappam
  • 2 Onion
  • 4 Chillies
  • Curry leaves few
  • ½ tsp Mustard
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 Egg
  • Oil as needed
  • Salt as needed

Instructions
 

  • Cut the idiyappam into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard and let it spurt.
  • Add the onions, chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the turmeric powder and sautT for a minute.
  • Add the egg.Scramble it.
  • Add the idiyappam and mix it well.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Cumin powder can also be added for more taste
