- Onion - 2
- Chillies - 4
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Mustard - ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Egg - 2
- Oil(as needed) -

Instructions
- Cut the idiyappam into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, add the mustard and let it spurt.
- Add the onions, chillies and curry leaves.
- Add the turmeric powder and sautT for a minute.
- Add the egg.Scramble it.
- Add the idiyappam and mix it well.
- Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
Cumin powder can also be added for more taste
