Tomato And Onion Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 Tomato chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 2 stem Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • *Method:
  • *Heat oil in a pan and add mustard,jeera and curry leaves and stir well.
  • *After the mustard and jeera splutter,add onion, chopped garlic and saute till they turn golden brown colour, then add salt.
  • *Now add the tomatoes,chilli powder and sugar.
  • *Cook till the tomatoes become mushy and smash with spoon very well and add coriander leaves.
