Ingredients
  

  • Carrot (shredded) : 2 nos
  • Green chillies: 2 nos
  • Cumin powder : ¼ tsp
  • Curd : 1 cup
  • Coconut milk : ½ glass
  • Curry leaves : 1 leaf
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil carrot with jeera powder and green chillies.
  • Add coconut milk when the carrot is boiled
  • Then add curd also
  • Carrot Pachadi ready
