Carrot (shredded) : 2 nos
Green chillies: 2 nos
Cumin powder : ¼ tsp
Curd : 1 cup
Coconut milk : ½ glass
Curry leaves : 1 leaf
Salt : to taste
Instructions
Boil carrot with jeera powder and green chillies.
Add coconut milk when the carrot is boiled
Then add curd also
