Mango Jelly Surprise With No Egg

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets Mango jelly mix
  • 1 ½ Fresh mango chopped
  • 1 can Cream 170 g
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Black Kaskas soak
  • ½ tsp Mango essence
  • Mango slices for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Make jelly as directed on the packet.
  • Pour in a glass mould and refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Meanwhile, mix sugar and chopped mango.
  • Mix chilled cream and whipped cream. Add mango essence and mix well
  • Add soaked kaskas.
  • Spread this mixture evenly on the jelly. Refrigerate again for 1 hour. (keep overnight for best results).
  • Decorate with mango slices.
