1)Make jelly as directed on the packet.
2)Pour in a glass mould and refrigerate for half an hour.
3)Mix sugar and chopped mango.
4)Mix chilled cream and whipped cream. Add essence and mix well
5)Add mango and soaked kaskas.
6)Spread this mixture evenly on the jelly. Refrigerate again for 1 hour. (keep overnight for best results)
7)Decorate with mango slices.
