To roast for 3 minutes:

tsp
coriander powder

tsp
chilly powder

tsp
turmeric powder
Instructions
Heat oil in clay pot.
SautT onions, ginger and garlic in it.
Add tomato, green chilly and sautT again.
Add the roasted masala, salt and mix well.
Add water and stir.
Then add the cleaned crab and cook covered for 15-20 minutes.
Add curry leaves and take it from flame.
Serve it hot with rice or kanji.
