Ingredients
  

  • 2, boiled Eggs
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Green chilly
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt as required
  • Curry leaves as required
  • 1 cups Flour
  • Oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Knead flour with water and salt as required. Keep it aside.
  • Slice the boiled eggs into small pieces.
  • SautT onion, green chilly in oil. Mix in the chilly powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves and salt.
  • Add the sliced eggs and mix well. Take it from flame.
  • Make balls out of the dough and roll it out.
  • Slice it with a glass with sharp edge.
  • Fill the egg masala in each circles and joint the sides.
  • Repeat the same with the remaining dough and masala.
  • Fry it in oil and serve it as an evening snack.
