Knead flour with water and salt as required. Keep it aside.
Slice the boiled eggs into small pieces.
SautT onion, green chilly in oil. Mix in the chilly powder, turmeric powder, curry leaves and salt.
Add the sliced eggs and mix well. Take it from flame.
Make balls out of the dough and roll it out.
Slice it with a glass with sharp edge.
Fill the egg masala in each circles and joint the sides.
Repeat the same with the remaining dough and masala.
Fry it in oil and serve it as an evening snack.
