Pour hot water (mixed with salt) to the rice flour and mix it well with a spoon.
Heat a pan and wipe it with a cloth covered in coconut oil.
Take a small quantity from the dough and make it a fine sphere. Press it lightly on your hand.
Press it on the pan directly with your hand and turn it over as soon as it attain the shape.
Place two more pathiris on the pan in the same way.
In the meantime the pathiris get cooked you can make some more spheres ready to be pressed.
Turn it over when one side gets well cooked.
Take it from flame and repeat the procedure from wiping the pan.
Serve it with chicken curry, beef curry or anything you feel like.
