Slice all the veggies.
SautT all the sliced veggies except green peas, garlic, + pc of tomato and onion, in coconut oil.
Add water as required and cook the vegetables.
In another vessel sautT mustard, remaining tomato, garlic and onion.
Mix in with the cooking veggies.
Add the cooked green peas and mix well.
Add the chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Mix in the grinded coconut.
Add coriander leaves and take it from flame.
Serve it hot.Tastes best with chappathi, porotta as well as pathiri.
