Kadukka Fry

- 1 cup, Mussels
- 2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 2 Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 3 Green chilly
- 1/4 pc Ginger
- 5 pods Garlic
- Curry leaves as required
- Oil to fry
- Coriander leaves to garnish
Marinate the mussels in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
Fry it in oil and keep it aside.
Mash the ginger-garlic and sautT it in oil.
Add onion and sautT well.
Add green chilly, tomato, curry leaves and sautT again.
Add chilly powder if you love spiciness.
Mix in the fried mussels.
Take it from flame and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve it with rice, chappathi or pathiri.
