Kadukka Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup, Mussels
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 3 Green chilly
  • 1/4 pc Ginger
  • 5 pods Garlic
  • Curry leaves as required
  • Oil to fry
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the mussels in chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt.
  • Fry it in oil and keep it aside.
  • Mash the ginger-garlic and sautT it in oil.
  • Add onion and sautT well.
  • Add green chilly, tomato, curry leaves and sautT again.
  • Add chilly powder if you love spiciness.
  • Mix in the fried mussels.
  • Take it from flame and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve it with rice, chappathi or pathiri.
