Knead the flour, egg, milk powder, salt and water to make a smooth dough.
Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
Apply oil on a clean surface to press the dough.
Press each balls on the surface by applying oil as required.
Use your hands to make the dough as thin as possible. (its very tricky. Need lots of practice)
Slice the pressed dough into thin strips.
Roll the strips. Repeat the same for the remaining strips and dough.
Press the rolled strips with your palm.
Heat a pan and apply oil on the pan.
Cook the porotta on both sides.
Serve it with any curry as you wish.
