Instructions
- Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
- Apply oil on a clean surface to press the dough.
- Press each balls on the surface by applying oil as required.
- Use your hands to make the dough as thin as possible. (its very tricky. Need lots of practice)
- Slice the pressed dough into thin strips.
- Roll the strips. Repeat the same for the remaining strips and dough.
- Press the rolled strips with your palm.
- Heat a pan and apply oil on the pan.
- Cook the porotta on both sides.
- Serve it with any curry as you wish.
