  • First, heat 4 – 5 cups of water in a cooking vessel. Add 2 tsp. oil and about 2 tsp. salt into the boiling water and stir well. Then add Macaroni into this hot water.

  • Cook for about 10 – 15 minutes in medium flame.

  • After 10 – 15 minutes, put off the stove, close the cooking vessel with a plate and keep it aside for some time. After about 10 minutes remove hot water from the cooked Macaroni and wash it again with normal water. Remove water from the cooked Macaroni by using a sieve/cloth.
  • Clean and cut tomatoes, onion, capsicum, etc. into small pieces and keep them separately.
  • Heat oil in a pan/cooking vessel and add chopped pieces of tomato, onion, capsicum and baby corn. Stir it well and cook them some time in medium flame.
  • When colour of ingredients turns into golden, add red chilli powder, and required quantity of salt. Stir it well.
  • After about 5 minutes, add the cooked Macaroni. Stir the mix further and keep it for some time to coat masala and Sauce on Macaroni pieces properly. Veg. Macaroni is ready.

  • Serve this hot Veg. Macaroni for Break-fast/Dinner with or without Tomato/Chilli Sauce.
