Ingredients
  

  • 5 Egg
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 5 small Flour
  • 1 tsp Black cumin seeds Karin jeerakam
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Beat egg and sugar together.
  • Mix in the cardamom, black cumin seeds and flour.
  • Knead the mixture well to make smooth dough.
  • Make small balls out of the dough and roll it with 1 inch thickness.
  • Slice it to small rectangular pieces or any shape as you wish.
  • Fry it in coconut oil till light brown.
  • You can increase the frying time to make the snack crispier.
  • Serve it as an evening snack.
