Chicken Samosa

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 4 pc Chicken
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • 3 Onion
  • 4 Green chilly
  • Water as required

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken in 1 tsp chilly powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt. Cook it in pressure cooker.
  • Take it out, shred the chicken and mince it in a mixer grinder.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and sautT onion, green chilly and salt in it till the onion turns light brown in color.
  • Add the rest chilly powder and turmeric powder. Mix well.
  • Add the minced chicken and mix well in low flame.
  • Take it from flame and keep it aside.
  • Knead the flour with water and salt as required.
  • Make small balls out of it and roll to make thin chappathis.
  • Slice it in 4.
  • Shape each slice to a cone and fill in the chicken masala.
  • Close the top.
  • Repeat the same for the rest dough and masala.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and fry it on both sides, till golden brown.
  • Serve it as a teatime snack or for breaking fast.
