Chicken Masala Puttu

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Rice flour
  • 500 g Chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 3 Green chilly
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Curry leaves as required
  • 5 pods Garlic
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • Wet the rice flour with required water as for making puttu.
  • Marinate the chicken in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry it in oil and shred the fried chicken and remove the bones. Mince the chicken.
  • Heat oil in a vessel and sautT onion with salt in it.
  • Add tomato, garlic and green chilly. SautT again.
  • Add chilly powder and turmeric powder again to get more spice.
  • Mix in the shredded chicken, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Stir in flame for 2-3 minutes more.
  • Now steam cook the puttu with this masala in between instead of coconut.
  • Serve it hot.
