3 cup Rice flour500 g Chicken1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Chilly powderSalt (to taste)3 Onion2 Tomato3 Green chillyCoriander leaves (as required)Curry leaves (as required)5 pods GarlicOil (as required) Wet the rice flour with required water as for making puttu. Marinate the chicken in chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry it in oil and shred the fried chicken and remove the bones. Mince the chicken. Heat oil in a vessel and sautT onion with salt in it. Add tomato, garlic and green chilly. SautT again. Add chilly powder and turmeric powder again to get more spice. Mix in the shredded chicken, coriander leaves and curry leaves. Stir in flame for 2-3 minutes more. Now steam cook the puttu with this masala in between instead of coconut. Serve it hot. Kerala
