Rasmalai - For Kids

Kids favorite dessert with soft bites and crunchy bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 2 tsp All purpose flour Maida
  • 1 litre Milk
  • 2 tsp Ghee
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 100 g Pista
  • 7 nos Cardamom Elakka

Instructions
 

  • Mix together milk powder, maida, baking soda, egg, ghee and make a little hard dough.
  • Keep this aside for 20 minutes.
  • Make small balls of lemon size and press with hands.
  • Boil milk with sugar and cardamom.
  • When it boils, add the pressed balls and cook till it becomes double the size.
  • Bring to room temperature and cool.
  • Serve with sliced pista and enjoy delicious rasmalai.
