Heat little oil in a pan and fry mushrooms(until they turn to golden brown color). Keep them aside.
In the same pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and fry until color changes(add little oil if needed).
Add tomatoes, fry them and then add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and cook for a few minutes.
Now add mushrooms and peas. Fry them for 3-4 minutes. Add chilly powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and dried fenugreek leaves. Add water and cook until done.
