Keep them aside.In the same pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and fry until color changes(add little oil if needed).Add tomatoes, fry them and then add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and cook for a few minutes.Now add mushrooms and peas. Fry them for 3-4 minutes. Add chilly powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and dried fenugreek leaves. Add water and cook until done.Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
