Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Green peas - 250 g
- Tomatoes - 2 nos
- Onion(ground) - 2 nos
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tsp) -
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Dried fenugreek leaves(Uluva ela) - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Refined oil - 4 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(Few) -

Instructions
- Heat little oil in a pan and fry mushrooms(until they turn to golden brown color). Keep them aside.
- In the same pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and fry until color changes(add little oil if needed).
- Now add mushrooms and peas. Fry them for 3-4 minutes. Add chilly powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and dried fenugreek leaves. Add water and cook until done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
