Mushroom With Green Peas Curry

  • Heat little oil in a pan and fry mushrooms(until they turn to golden brown color). Keep them aside.
  • In the same pan, add cumin seeds, chopped onions and fry until color changes(add little oil if needed).
  • Add tomatoes, fry them and then add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and cook for a few minutes.
  • Now add mushrooms and peas. Fry them for 3-4 minutes. Add chilly powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder and dried fenugreek leaves. Add water and cook until done.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
