  • 6 nos Idli cut into small pieces
  • 2 nos Onion chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies cut lengthwise
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Chilly sauce
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd


  • Fry the cut idlis in hot oil till golden brown in color. Keep aside.
  • Saute onion and green chillies until onion becomes golden brown.
  • Add tomato ketchup and chilly sauce to the onion and add fried idli pieces.
  • Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.
