Grilled-BBQ Chicken Curry

Either healthy or tasty... its hard to get a perfect combination of these two... but here you...go.. Healthy and tasty Crispy grilled chicken curry

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 kg Chicken marinated with black pepper ,turmeric powder and lemon juice
  • 2, Red onion finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Ginger thumb size
  • 6 cloves, Garlic big
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Back pepper
  • 4, Cinnamon medium
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Chilly flakes
  • 1.5 tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 10 Cashew nuts don't add more.. it will alter the taste - grind it with warm water and make a loose paste
  • Salt as required
  • Coriander leaves as required

Instructions
 

  • Grind back pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, chilly flakes, fennel seeds, coriander powder together and make masala.
  • Marinate chicken with lemon juice, black pepper, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Grill cook for approximately 30 mins. Chicken will be 75% cooked and all the fat will be drained.
  • In a pan add 2 small spoon oil to splatter mustard and fry onion , garlic and ginger until it browns.
  • Add masala mix and stir for a minute. (it will be dry)
  • Add tomatoes. Stir and make a thick paste by adding a cup of warm water.
  • Now add grilled chicken.
  • Cover with lid and simmer for 15 mins.
  • Add cashew paste, mix well for a minute.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
  • Yummy.. yummy grilled chicken curry is ready...!!
