Grind back pepper, cinnamon,
cardamom, chilly flakes, fennel seeds, coriander powder together and make masala.
Marinate chicken with lemon juice, black pepper, turmeric powder and salt.
Grill cook for approximately 30 mins. Chicken will be 75% cooked and all the fat will be drained.
In a pan add 2 small spoon oil to splatter mustard and fry onion , garlic and ginger until it browns.
Add masala mix and stir for a minute.
(it will be dry)
Add tomatoes. Stir and make a thick paste by adding a cup of warm water.
Now add grilled chicken.
Cover with lid and simmer for 15 mins.
Add cashew paste, mix well for a minute.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
