Grilled-BBQ Chicken Curry
Either healthy or tasty... its hard to get a perfect combination of these two... but here you...go.. Healthy and tasty Crispy grilled chicken curry

Ingredients

Chicken
marinated with black pepper ,
turmeric powder
and lemon juice

Red
onion
finely chopped

Tomatoes
Ginger
thumb size

cloves
,
Garlic
big

Oil
1
tbsp
Back pepper

Cinnamon
medium
4
Cardamom
1
tbsp
Chilly flakes
1.5
tbsp
Fennel seeds
1
tbsp
Coriander powder
10
Cashew nuts
don't add more.. it will alter the taste - grind it with warm
water
and make a loose paste
Salt
as required
Coriander leaves
as required
Instructions
Grind back pepper, cinnamon,
cardamom
, chilly flakes,
fennel seeds
,
coriander powder
together and make masala.
Marinate chicken with lemon juice, black pepper,
turmeric powder
and
salt
.
Grill cook for approximately 30 mins. Chicken will be 75% cooked and all the fat will be drained.
In a pan add 2 small spoon
oil
to splatter mustard and fry
onion
,
garlic
and
ginger
until it browns.
Add masala mix and stir for a minute. (it will be dry)
Add tomatoes. Stir and make a thick paste by adding a cup of warm
water
.
Now add grilled chicken.
Cover with lid and simmer for 15 mins.
Add cashew paste, mix well for a minute.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
Yummy.. yummy grilled chicken curry is ready...!!
