Peel off skin of tomatoes and cut into small cubes.
Grind tomatoes and cashew nuts well until there are no chunks.
3)Clean and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
Heat butter, add asafoetida, jeera, ginger-garlic paste and square shaped onions.
Add the tomato cashew paste.
Add salt and all the masala powders.
Wait until butter oozes out.
Add the mushroom and saute for 2 minutes.
9)Add 1/2 cup of water and close the lid until it becomes semi solid.
Now add honey and Kasuri methi.
Decorate with coriander leaves.
