Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Pork bits Cut and diced, with little fat
  • 2 nos Onion Sliced, large
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri Chilly powder
  • 2 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed powder Jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Tamarind extract
  • Sugar A pinch
  • Garam masala As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pork pieces into small cubes.
  • Add sliced onions and all the ingredients: ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, vinegar, tamarind extract, sugar and required salt to the pork pieces and mix well in a heavy bottomed pan.
  • Cover and cook for 1/2 hour til pork is cooked or pressure cook it.
  • Since the pork it with the fat no need to add oil at all. Pork vindaloo in goan style is ready.
