- Pork bits(cut and diced, with little fat) - 500 g
- Onion(sliced, large) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Kashmiri Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2 nos
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin seed powder(Jeera powder) - 1 tsp
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Tamarind extract - 1 tsp
- Sugar(A pinch) -
- Garam masala(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cut the pork pieces into small cubes.
- Add sliced onions and all the ingredients: ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin seed powder, vinegar, tamarind extract, sugar and required salt to the pork pieces and mix well in a heavy bottomed pan.
- Cover and cook for 1/2 hour til pork is cooked or pressure cook it.
- Since the pork it with the fat no need to add oil at all. Pork vindaloo in goan style is ready.
