- pork belly with fat( cut into cubes ) - 1/2 kg
- Onions - 4
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- green chilli - 2
- Kashmiri chilli - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

- take a heavy bottom non stick dish with a lid, slice the onions lengthwise, mix onions, ginger garlic paste ,green chilli and all the powder masala, salt , vineger, jiggery powder with the pork, keep in very low fire for 40 minutes and pork is ready .( this dish is cooked in the pork's own fat. enjoy.
