- Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- cut cauliflower - 1 cup
- cut pineapple - 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup

- Boil, cashew nut, peas, cauliflower and pineapple in 1/2 cup wateradd turmeric, salt, pepper powder, garam masala, keep aside
- pour in a dish and add coriander leaves and lime juice. goes well with chappatis or Rice
