Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Beef a big unsliced piece
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Parsley As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 500 ml Beef stock
  • Oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing beef fry, clean and dry the beef and draw some lines on it with a knife.
  • Mix the ingredients: pepper powder, garlic paste, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley and honey. Marinate the beef in this mixture and refrigerate overnight.
  • Pour the beef stock to the beef and cook it in pressure cooker. Remove the beef from the stock after cooking.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the beef in it.
  • Slice the beef in desired shapes and serve the beef fry hot with beef stock sauce. Beef fry is ready.
