Instructions
To prepare chocolate fudge, first mix together all the ingredients and whisk it for 2 or 3 minutes.
Stir the ingredients continuously in low flame.
When the mixture starts separating from the sides, remove it from flame.
Coat a flat dish with butter and convert the mixture to it.
Caramelize the 3 tsp sugar and mix the sliced cashew nut with it.
Spread it above the fudge.
Let it cool for some hours and serve the chocolate fudge sliced.
