  • 3 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 10 nos Cashew nut sliced
  • 3 tsp Sugar


  • To prepare chocolate fudge, first mix together all the ingredients and whisk it for 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Stir the ingredients continuously in low flame.
  • When the mixture starts separating from the sides, remove it from flame.
  • Coat a flat dish with butter and convert the mixture to it.
  • Caramelize the 3 tsp sugar and mix the sliced cashew nut with it.
  • Spread it above the fudge.
  • Let it cool for some hours and serve the chocolate fudge sliced.
