  • Marinate the chicken and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  • shallow fry the marinated chicken in oil and keep it aside.
  • dice the onion and capsicum and finely chop the ginger, garlic and green chilly.
  • saute the onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly in the same oil which we fried the chicken. add capsicum and saute again.
  • add all the sauces and saute again in low flame. add a little water if required.
  • mix in the fried chicken.
  • pour 1/2 cup of water and the corn flour paste.
  • let it boil in medium flame until the gravy thickens.
