a quick side dish for lunch/dinner.

  • marinate the fish and keep it aside for 30 minutes. fry it in oil.
  • saute onion in the same oil. add ginger garlic paste, green chilly and curry leaves.
  • mix in the tomato. saute well. add salt and 1/2 tsp chilly powder (optional) if you need it spicy.
  • mix in the fried fish.
  • keep it covered in low flame for 2 minutes.
