a quick side dish for lunch/dinner.

Ingredients

for marination;
300
g
fish
any fish
1
tsp
chilly powder
1/4
tsp
turmeric powder
salt
to taste
1/4
tsp
corn flour
oil
to fry
for masala;
2
onion
2
green chilly
1/2
tsp
ginger
garlic
paste
curry leaves
as required
1
tomato
salt
as required
1/4-1/2
tsp
chlly powder
optional
Instructions
marinate the fish and keep it aside for 30 minutes. fry it in
oil
.
saute
onion
in the same
oil
. add
ginger
garlic
paste, green chilly and
curry leaves
.
mix in the
tomato
. saute well. add
salt
and 1/2 tsp chilly powder (optional) if you need it spicy.
mix in the fried fish.
keep it covered in low flame for 2 minutes.
