- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves Uluva ela
- 1 tsp Chilly powder
- Oil If reqd
- Salt As reqd
For preparing fenugreek leaves chapatti, swift together wheat flour and chilly powder in a bowl.
Add in salt and fenugreek leaves with required amount of water to make a soft dough.
Make small lemon shaped balls and roll it out using a rolling pin.
Heat a frying pan and cook the chapatti for 1 minute each. Drizzle a bit of oil on the sides if required.
Repeat the same procedure with the remaining dough.
Fenugreek leaves chapatti¦s are ready. Serve hot with any curry.
