Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Eggs
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 inch Ginger finely chopped
  • 2 nos Onion finely sliced
  • 1 no Tomato chopped
  • 2 nos Green chillies sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Egg masala
  • Curry leaves Few
  • Oil As reqd
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs. 2)Heat oil in a tawa and saute chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Now add onion and saute until it becomes light in colour.
  • Next add chopped tomato and let it cook till the water from onion and tomatoes come out.
  • Add the egg masala as per instruction and add water.
  • When curry starts to boil, add the eggs. Remember to give a slit in the middle of the eggs.
  • Put the curry leaves and close with a lid for two minutes and turn off the gas.
  • Serve egg curry with phulkas or chappathi. Enjoy your dish.
