Easy Beetroot Raitha

Beetroot with curd

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Beetroot grated, medium
  • 2 nos Green Chillies sliced
  • 1 no Onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  • Oil As reqd
  • salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Grate the beetroot. Pour oil in a hot pan and splutter the muster seeds.
  • Then add the sliced onion and green chillies and sort them for 5 mnts.
  • Add the grated beetroot into it and add salt and cook it under closed lid.(Don't pour water).
  • When the beetroot is half cooked, put off the flame and let it cool down.
  • Once its' cool, add the curd into it and keep it in the fridge for 5 mnts and use it.
