Mix the ingredients mentioned for preparing batter along with enough water. Batter should not be too watery.
Take a deep dish pan and heat oil in it. Dip the cooked chicken pieces in the batter and deep fry them til golden brown and keep it aside.
3)Take another pan and take 3 tbsp oil from the previous step and add to it chopped ginger and fry it well.
Add chopped onion and saute well till it becomes transparent.
Afterwards, add soaked red chilly powder to it and stir till the oil separates from the mixture.
Then add celery and spring onion and mix well.
Then add tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and salt.
Then to it add cornflour mixed with chicken stock and stir in low flame for 5 minutes to get a thick gravy.
Add fried chicken to this and mix well. Transfer the contents into a serving dish and garnish with fried noodles.
