Instructions
For preparing healthy wheat appam, first dissolve sugar in luke warm water and add yeast. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
Blend the coconut, garlic and cumin seeds in a blender.
Mix all the ingredients together, blending the wheat flour well with your hand so no lumps are formed.
Add required salt and water to make the batter similar to dosa mavu. Leave it for two hours.
Make healthy wheat appam on a tawa, turning both sides. Serve hot with chicken curry.
