Clean the chicken & cut into small pieces.
Marinate the chicken pieces with a mixture of the marinating ingredients mentioned.
Keep it refrigerated for 30 minutes.
Fry the chicken pieces till half done.
For preparing gravy:-
1)Heat oil in a pan.
Add curry leaves & onion. SautT it well till onion turns brown.
Add ginger garlic paste and sautT it till its raw smell goes.
Add tomato pieces and sautT it till it becomes paste.
Add chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala & salt. Mix it thoroughly.
Add yoghurt and just cook it for 2 Minutes.
Add fried chicken pieces and mix thoroughly.
Add 2 glasses of water and cook for 15 minutes till the gravy becomes thick.
Garnish with the ingredients mentioned(Good to eat with rice, chappathy & appam).
Special chicken curry with yoghurt is ready.
