Special Chicken Curry With Yoghurt

  • 1 kg Chicken

For Garnishing:-

  • Cashew nuts Few, roasted
  • Coriander leaves Few, chopped
  • Sliced Onions Few


  • Clean the chicken & cut into small pieces.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces with a mixture of the marinating ingredients mentioned.
  • Keep it refrigerated for 30 minutes.
  • Fry the chicken pieces till half done.
  • For preparing gravy:- 1)Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add curry leaves & onion. SautT it well till onion turns brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and sautT it till its raw smell goes.
  • Add tomato pieces and sautT it till it becomes paste.
  • Add chilly powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, garam masala & salt. Mix it thoroughly.
  • Add yoghurt and just cook it for 2 Minutes.
  • Add fried chicken pieces and mix thoroughly.
  • Add 2 glasses of water and cook for 15 minutes till the gravy becomes thick.
  • Garnish with the ingredients mentioned(Good to eat with rice, chappathy & appam).
  • Special chicken curry with yoghurt is ready.
