Mushroom Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g mushroom
  • 3 nos big onion finely chopped
  • 3 nos green chilly chopped
  • 2 nos Tomato
  • ginger garlic paste -2 tbsp
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 3 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 3 tsp Coriander powder
  • 4 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • salt As reqd
  • oil For frying

Instructions
 

  • clean the mushroom and cut into pieces.
  • Boil the mushroom with a little salt water and turmeric powder.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilly and allow them to cook until they turn golden brown in color. 5.Add boiled mushroom and add some water red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt and allow to cook. 6.Add tomatoes & coriander leaves. 7.Add pepper powder. 8.Cover the pan and allow to cook for about 5-10 min. :- serve hot with chapattis, parathas and also with rice.
