Instructions
For preparing roasted kerala chemeen, first marinate prawns with chilly, turmeric, salt and lime juice.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat oil in pan, add curry leaves and garlic.
Add the prawns and fry it till half done or the color starts to change.
Add onion paste, chilly paste, tomato paste and mix well.
Cover with lid and cook prawns.
Fry the prawns till crispy and masala coated in it.
Yummy roasted kerala chemeen is ready.
