Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Prawns
  • 3 tbsp Onion paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 5 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Green chilly paste
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Curry leaves Few
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions
 

  • For preparing roasted kerala chemeen, first marinate prawns with chilly, turmeric, salt and lime juice.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in pan, add curry leaves and garlic.
  • Add the prawns and fry it till half done or the color starts to change.
  • Add onion paste, chilly paste, tomato paste and mix well.
  • Cover with lid and cook prawns.
  • Fry the prawns till crispy and masala coated in it.
  • Yummy roasted kerala chemeen is ready.
