Instructions
For preparing mushroom peera, first clean mushroom and cook well with turmeric.
In a kadai, heat coconut oil. Splutter mustard seeds. Add ginger, onion and green chillies.
Add curry leaves and coconut.
Add curry powder and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked mushroom and drain water.
Fry well and serve mushroom peera.
